1. Boat — means a new or used SKIPPER POWERBOATS manufactured or branded vessel (water-borne or amphibious), produced by BSK MARINE P.C.;

3. Dealer — means an independent, authorised entity (a legal person or sole trader) that, under a separate agreement with the Provider, promotes, sells, delivers and/or services SKIPPER POWERBOATS within an assigned territory. A Dealer is not an employee, agent or representative of the Provider and has no authority to bind the Provider.
4. IP Rights — means all intellectual property rights including trademarks, logos, designs, patents, domain names, copyrights and related rights owned by the Provider.
5. Party — means User or Provider.
6. Policies — Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Privacy Policy — document regulating processing of personal data pursuant to GDPR, published on the Website.

Using the Website does not constitute entering into a purchase agreement.

BSK MARINE P.C. does not mediate contracts between Dealers and Users and is not responsible for Dealer services or policies.

Purchases of boats are performed directly with Dealers.

• Marketing materials

is the intellectual property of BSK MARINE P.C. or its licensors.

No rights are transferred by accessing the Website.
